How do I return?
For purchase from Amazon:
Please follow the procedures there to complete your return and make sure that you return your items using an insured, trackable carrier and retain the receipt as we are not responsible for lost mails.
For purchase from FinallyBra.com:
- Enter your order number and email address (the one you registered with us while making the purchase) in the fields above and click Start.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
For US domestic orders, return must be received by our warehouse within 35 days of order shipping date. For international orders and orders to AK, HI, or APO/FPO addresses, return must be received by our warehouse within 50 days of order delivery date. Sorry, we don't accept returns If the return window is closed.
- We accept merchandise that is unworn and unwashed with all tags, in original labeled package bags and free gifts intact, as we are committed to selling only brand-new and pristine items. So for the peace of mind and health of all our customers, we reserve the right to decline and send back items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.
- Items are in the original packaging.
- return and refund can't be processed if you don't initiate the return in our return management system or send returns to wrong return address.
Are there any charges for return?
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- For US domestic purchases, We will email you a prepaid shipping label. A flat $5 return label fee will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount. We will send you the return shipping label to the email address you registered with us when your return is approved within one or two business days.
- There are no charges for return if you choose and pay your own choice of carrier.
- For exchange orders, international orders or othe US domestic orders, you are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
